Sandbox Builds a Zoo in the Metaverse World

In a unique collaboration, the Sandbox Metaverse has teamed up with a 9-year-old boy, known as the ‘Zombie Zoo Keeper,’ to construct Zombie Zoo Land in the Metaverse, bringing his original designs to life. This partnership has brought significant recognition to the young boy within The Sandbox Metaverse community.

The ‘Zombie Zoo Keeper’ first gained NFT fame with his Zombie Zoo collection on OpenSea, comprising 258 items. Created when he was just 8 years old, the collection has a base price of 0.29 ETH. This acclaim led to features on Buzzfeed, Business Insider, among others. Even world-famous DJ Steve Aoki follows him on Twitter. Despite being only 9, he has already amassed over 6,000 followers on Twitter.

Now, in a partnership with Manga and Anime specialist Minto, the young boy’s designs are being brought to life in The Sandbox Metaverse, one of the largest Metaverse platforms. The team will transform these designs into 3D and create a vibrant, virtual world.

Utilizing Minto’s virtual real estate, the project aims to offer an enjoyable experience for all users. While The Sandbox has previously collaborated with leading brands and individuals, this project stands out as it marks the first time they are working with a 9-year-old, making it one of their most intriguing ventures.

Sandbox Metaverse and Zombie Zoo Land

Sandbox is recognized as one of the largest Metaverse gaming platforms, and alongside Decentraland, it likely commands a significant share of the market.

Sandbox boasts an array of high-profile partners including Snoop Dogg, The Walking Dead, Adidas, and The Smurfs. Additionally, many major collections have created voxel avatars compatible with Sandbox, such as CyberKongz with their CyberKongz VX collection. Sandbox has also shown a keen ability to host events, rivaling its major competitor, Decentraland.
